Following an Art Foundation Course, Elizabeth commenced her career in the City in 1983, initially working for GT Management and then in the Commercial Property sector prior to entering the recruitment industry in 1989. She spent nine years as a Partner of Valentine Thomas, and was previously a Partner in the Wealth and Asset Management Practice at Whitehead Mann (now Korn Ferry). Since 1998, Elizabeth has built a strong reputation in the asset management sector successfully completing senior level appointments for CEOs, NEDs, CIOs, Heads of Investment and Distribution teams, investors and distribution professionals. She is a passionate advocate of Diversity and has a strong female network in the City and beyond.
Elizabeth is married with a teenage son (and dog!). Born in Africa, and living abroad throughout her teens, has inspired a love of travelling and exploring new places. Naturally, Elizabeth is fascinated by wildlife and different cultures but more regular pursuits include standing on the edge of the rugby pitch supporting her son, skiing and scuba diving.
